Fouad Ahidar (born with Malines, the October 13rd 1973) is a politician and deputy with the regional Parlement of Brussels which sits under the banner of the Flemish nationalist small part of liberal tendency of left Spirit, combined with the Flemish Socialists of SP.A.

After having been active in 1997 within the movement citizen ID21, combined with the Flemish nationalist party Volksunie (from which Spirit is resulting), it presents in June 1999 to the regional elections of Brussels on a joint list between liberals of right-hand side of VLD and Volksunie, more of the independent ones. Not elected, it at the head presents Volksunie list to the communal elections with Koekelberg in October 2000, without more success, in spite of a very active bilingual campaign. It leaves in 2001 its employment near a company of guarding and works thereafter for ministerial cabinets of Volksunie, then of Spirit, before being finally elected appointed regional inhabitant of Brussels in June 2004, and becoming president of its party for the " 19 communes of Bruxelles" (expression used by the Flemish nationalists not to regard the Area of Brussels as an area with whole share, as well as the Flanders and Wallonia).

In 2005, Ahidar declares at the time of a press conference (whereas it is not parliamentary federal) its opposition against the private bill for the adoption of child by people of the same sex. He will be petitioner of a demonstration anti " adoption".

In reaction to this event, the deputy of Brussels Fouad Ahidar (SP.A-Spirit) had made assumptions that this murder was an act of Racisme anti white. Within the framework of an other declaration on television Flemish, the movement Belgian antiracist MRAX requested the deputy of Brussels and other politicians not to sink in the demagogy, stigmatizations or the short cuts xenophobe.

He plays a part with Mourad Boucif in the film Beyond Gibraltar left in 2001.
