The Forum 18 is a Norwegian organization which seeks to establish the Religious liberty for all on the basis of article 18 of the Universal declaration of the Human rights. The points of this article are recapitulated by Forum 18 like hereafter:

• right to believe, adore and testify .

• right to change its belief or religion .
• right to find themselves together and to express its conviction .

The Service of information of Forum 18 (Forum 18 News Service), established by Forum 18, is a Christian initiative of exchanges of correspondence to give an account of the threats and actions against the religious liberty of all the people, some is their religious affiliation, objectifies, veracious and convenient. The Service of Information concentrates mainly on the old States which composed the Soviet Union, including Belarus and the Central Asia, Eastern Europe, but it also published reports/ratios on the Kosovo, the Serbia, the Turkey, the Burma, the China (including Xinjiang), the Laos, the Mongolia, the North Korea, and the Vietnam. The Service of Information appears in two editions: a weekly summary of news each Friday; and a written almost daily edition days of the week. Everyone can subscribe to one or the other edition, free, via the Internet site http://www.forum18.org, in which there are downloadable files, reports/ratios, including religious investigations into the freedom of the countries and the areas, the comments and the publications into the religious liberty.
