The group

Group New-Yorkais made up of the following musicians: Mauro Refosco (zabumba and voice), Gilmar Gums (percussion and voice), Davi Vieira (percussion and voice), Guilherme Monteiro (guitar and voice), Jorge Continentino (pifano - a kind of flute, sax and voice) Smokey Hormel (guitar baritone, slide guitar and voice). Those are originating for the majority in the Brésil as well as El Salvador. They were made known gràce with concerts of Forró , traditional Musique of the area Nordeste of the Brésil, given at the time of the evenings of the club Nublu that while being surrounded of guest stars such as Bebel Gilberto and David Byrne; artists whom one can find on their second album. In the same way, one their songs of the album Bonfires off Sao Joao, Forrowest was included in the original soundtrack of the film the kings of slips , of the studios Sony, left with the autumn 2007.
