The formative evaluation is a step of evaluation integrated into the Apprentissage. It falls under an approach constructivist of the training. It is connected with a Processus of Accompagnement which returns makes readable the variables concerned in the training.

This mode of evaluation rests on different Outil S Pédagogique S:

  • the implementation of criteria of evaluation by a step of contractualisation or Negotiation: learning can measure the traversed way and that remaining to traverse. These criteria allow an off-centring of learning at the same time as they support its centration on the task to be carried out;
  • the Concept of the formative Error: the error is positive, it belongs to the act to learn, it must be analyzed and treated in a differentiated approach;
  • talks of evaluation: they aim at allowing learning how to become aware of the Stratégie S which it uses, to carry a critical Réflexion on its activity. It is also a time of Réassurance and setting in Confiance of learning.

The formative evaluation short cuts to all Fatalisme and allows learning how to control its own process of training.
