Forest mode
The forest mode is a whole of special rules protecting or reinforcing protection with the interests of the communities owners in France
The forests concerned with the forest mode are obligations with a mandatory plan of planning of their management which integrates the interventions directly related to current management (prohibition of cuts, limitation of the passage of the vehicles…) .
The constraint of protection of the forests subjected to the forest mode (A1 constraint) is instituted pursuant to articles R. 151-1 in R.151-14 of the forest Code.
