Éloy-Ernest Forestier of Boinvilliers (born the November 28th 1799 with Beauvais - died in 1886) was one of French lawyers more for 19th century.
Under the Second Empire, Éloy-Ernest Forestier of Boinvilliers became to advise of State and senator.
He was the son of Jean-Etienne-Judith Forestier Boinvilliers.
