Ford Madox Ford

Ford Madox Ford , of its true name Ford Hermann Hueffer, is a novelist, poet, critic and English editor, born the December 17th 1873 in Merton (Surrey), deceased the June 26th 1939 with Deauville (Apple-brandy).

Wire of Francis Hueffer, it was named with its birth Ford Hermann Hueffer , then changed its name for Ford Madox Hueffer and finally Ford Madox Ford into honor of his grandfather, the painter préraphaélite Ford Madox Brown, of which it wrote the Biographie

Career

Ford Madox Ford is a large short story writer. Its most known collection is The Good soldier ( the Good soldier ), published in 1915. He was also poet and critical literary. He was finally an active and warned editor. He in particular created The English Review .
