|- |bgcolor=" white" | |bgcolor=" white" | |} FC United off Manchester is a club of Football English founded in 2005 by supporters in dissension with the acquisition of Manchester United by Malcolm Glazer. The manager is Karl Marginson.

The club

Taking example on the fans of Wimbledon who founded in 2002 the club of AFC Wimbledon, the supporters of Manchester United, in anger after the takeover of their club by the Glazer family, decided to create a club. This last evolves/moves in 2005-2006 in Division 2 of the North West Counties Football League (D10 equivalent). It is rather modest, but after the success of the experiment undertaken by Wimbledon (two promotions in three seasons; the club evolves/moves in 2005-2006 in equivalent D8), all the hopes are allowed for this new club.

At the conclusion of the season 2005-2006, the club is promoted in Division 1 of the North West Counties Football League (D9 equivalent).

At the conclusion of the season 2006-2007, the club is promoted in First division of the Northern First League (D8 equivalent).

Seven great principles govern this new club in order to avoid all drifts:

  • the leaders are democratically elected by the supporters.
  • the decisions will be made by respecting the principle: a man, a vote.
  • the club will develop a strong relationship to the local community, without any discrimination.
  • the club will take care to practice accessible entrance fees.
  • the club will encourage a participation of the young people and people of the vintage, on the ground and in the platforms.
  • the leaders will take care not to pour in marketing with excess.
  • the club will remain always an association with nonlucrative goal.
