Foncia

Since its creation in 1972, Foncia is the French leader of the administration of goods and the transaction real. Managing for the account of owners investors, syndic of joint ownership, hirer out, real estate agent for the purchase and the sale. Foncia is also specialized in the sales and the hirings of buildings of activity, offices and trade, and in the management of civil society of investment in real estate (SCPI).

Foncia counts today nearly 300 agencies in whole France.

Foncia joined the group Banque Populaire in January 2007.
