Fogia Four is a character of the Manga Gunnm .
Fogia is human, alive in a coastal village of sinners, far from Kuzutetsu, named Alhambra.
To earn more money, Fogia left food in the Discharge temporarily but répulsé by the violence of the city and its inhabitants, it decided to set out again at his place.
It is while engaging as mercenary on a goods train bound for its native area that it met Gally. They rather quickly became accessory and fought together against a squadron of the Barjack. After this battle, Gally accompanied back Fogia in its village and although they were promised to be found in the future, it could not honor this promise.
