Fofana Issiaka is a racing cyclist of Ivory Coast.
- Formed with the ASCAVEL of Koumassi, it gained the second place in the 19th edition of the road of the East international in July 2005. In August 2006, in the 20th edition of this same race, it belongs to escaped of the last stage, which made it possible of the Ivory Coast to gain this stage leading to Abidjan.

It was also noticed in the 3rd stage of the Boucle of cotton, test disputed with the Burkina-Faso, in May 2006, by obtaining a fourth place, after being crowned " better jeune" and " better étranger" in 2005 in the same test.
- It finished 3rd national championship in 2006.
- With Kanté Bachirou, Lokossué Kouamé and Albert Touré Mongolon, it represents the Cote of ivory to the Panafrican Jeux organized with Algiers in 2007.
