Flutter
There is flutter of a data-processing screen, monitor or of cinema when the Fréquence of cooling of the screen is not sufficient. The visual Système perceives the succession of the images then. The maximum Fréquence of cooling generally decrease with the selected Résolution of screen.
In its principle, cinematographic projection gives an impression of movement without it appearing of flutter, when the pulse repetition frequency luminous is at least equal to 40 per seconds.
To avoid the flutter, detrimental completely for the eyes, the screen must offer a Band-width sufficient and the video Carte must offer a resolution with at least 75 Hz. To avoid the crises of epilepsy, the video chart must ensure a resolution of at least 100 Hz.
