Its name
The name Flunch would be a portemanteau word obtained by the contraction of the two English words: " fast" (quickly) and " lunch" (to lunch).
Structure of the sign
Company FLUNCH exploits 200 clean units in France. In 1999, the sign launches a network frankness which counts 35 establishments in 2006.Le first restaurant was opened at the shopping mall Englos (59) in 1971 which will not be modified on the bottom before 2006 for the 35 years of the sign.
Presentation
The French sign, while positioning on the segment of the Fast-food industry, is different from the American Fast-food S by not proposing a Sandwich (or Hamburger S) in its menus and by making the good share with the diversity of choice (crudenesses, meats, fish and vegetables at will). Of this fact these restaurants, open 7 days a week, are connected with a Self-service, by proposing traditional menus, with entry, dish (with vegetables at will) and serves, proposing the possibility of being able to eat balanced for a reasonable price as eye catching advertisement.
