Composition

It is composed of an instrumental formation (playing on instruments of time) as well as small vocal unit. All the musicians assume the roles of soloists regularly.

Practical of the representation and instruments

The troop counts among the principal followers units in the way known as historical which is fixed for objective to make a music whose sound and style are, so much in the Agogique than in the articulation, as close relations as possible of the time of work represented. Consequently, the instruments used are either of time, or of the reconstitutions faithful to the originals. The cords of the instruments are in bowel.

Co-operation

The vocal ensembles and instrumental collaborate with other musical units. William Christie uses, for example, the vocal ensemble with orchestras of opera for productions requiring a chorus.
