Flotilla of smoke
LEsquadrilha da Fumaça or flotilla of the fumée' is the air patrol of the Força Aérea Brasileira , the Air force Brésilienne.
Its first representation take place the May 14th 1952. From 1977 to 1983, the patrol ceased its activity.
Its planes are currently Embraer Tucano.
In 2005, the flotilla took part in the air part of the Défilé of July 14th in Paris.
Apparatuses used
The planes used by the patrol were:
- North American T-6 Texan during 1225 representations between 1952 and 1977.
- Fouga Magister 46 demonstrations between 1969 and 1972.
- Neiva T-25 Universal: 1982.
- Embraer EMB-312 Tucano since 1983.
