Florence Bougnoux

Florence Bougnoux (December 1957, in Chateauroux) is Lilloise town-planner.

Architect DPLG in 1983, EAV.

Co-founder of the agency SEURA in 1989, it is associated with Jean-Marc Fritz and David Mangin.

Prize winner of the prize list of the habitat of the SCIC with the project of Rosny under Wood (1995)
