Florêncio Carlos de Abreu E Silva

Florêncio Carlos de Abreu E Silva (Porto Alegre, October 20th 1839 — Rio de Janeiro, December 12th 1881) was a lawyer, journalist, writer and politician of the Brésil.

He was appointed province of Rio Grande C Sul, senator of the Empire of Brazil and chair State de São Paulo (April 7th - November 5th 1881).
