Flavin mononucléotide

The flavin mononucléotide (figure 1) is a Coenzyme of Réaction of oxydoreduction derived from a Vitamine, the Riboflavine (vitamin B2). It is a prosthetic Groupement, it is fixed at its Apoenzyme in a covalent way by a residue tyrosyl. It is in particular the coenzyme complex I of the respiratory chain mitochondriale.
