Flag of Saint-Vincent-and them Grenadian
The Grenadian flag of Saint-Vincent-and them is composed of three vertical bands:
- on the left, a blue band represents the tropical sky
- in the medium, a yellow band symbolizes sand
- on the right, a green band for the color of the luxuriant vegetation of the island.
Three green rhombuses are placed in the middle of the flag forming a " V" for Vincent. These diamonds is a recall with the metaphor which compares the islands with the " jewels of the the Antilles ".
Historical flag
The old flag was composed of the Blue Ensign associated with the armorial bearings of the country.
