Flag of Alberta

The flag of the Alberta (Canada) was adopted on June 1st 1968.

The flag blue with the proportions 2:1, is struck ecu of the provincial armorial bearings in its its center. The height of the ecu is of 7/11 that of the flag.

The provincial colors, adopted in 1984, are blue and gold (yellow dark); they are also called " Alberta" blue; and " however Alberta" , appearing on the ecu (sky in background and corn fields to the foreground, respectively).
