Five spices

The mixture of five spices (Mandarin: 五香粉; wǔxiāng fěn) is a mixture of spice S coming from China.

It is about a mixture with equal shares:

  • of Pepper of Sichuan (black),
  • of Star anise,
  • of grooves,
  • nails of Girofle and
  • of Fenouil.

It is used in China with sauce Soja for the traditional receipts of Poulet or of through roasted Porc.
