Five Tulips red is a French film of Jean Stelli left in 1949.
Synopsis
A murderer removes five runners on the Tour de France 1948 and signs his crimes of a red Tulipe. A journalist (Colonelle) and a police inspector (Ricoul) carry out the survey to stop the assassin on arrival of the Turn, with the Parc of the Princes.
