Fishing out of expansion LNH 1998

The fishing out of expansion of the LNH of 1998 was that of the Predators of Nashville, the 27e of the franknesses from the National league of hockey. Held the June 26th 1998, the fishing out counted 26 turns; Predators had to choose a player left without protection by these teams. The fishing out counted some extremely interesting choices, like Mike Richter and Uwe Krupp, which became free agents without compensations on July 1st. Predators knew well that they had only few chances to make them sign, but they chose them nevertheless, since one gave them a compensatory choice of fishing out to the Repêchage of entry in the LNH 1999. The first season of Predators was the Saison LNH 1998-99.
