First lady
A first lady is the wife of a President, this term is of English origin ( First Lady ). She can have protocolar attributions , even if she generally does not have any official title.
If the president is a woman, sometimes the husband sees himself allotting an equivalent name, although many States having at their head a woman do not use any title.
