First consonant shift
The first consonant shift ( erste germanische Lautverschiebung ) is a phonetic Modification which touched the Consonne S Occlusive S of the Indo-European in Germanic commun run and in Armenian. One locates it at first century BC.
The modifications are stated in the laws of Grimm and Verner.
