First Harvest is a Québécois chain of Boulangerie S Pâtisserie S of style Artisan Al

Its stores are especially concentrated in the area Montreal ease.

History

Of 1969 with 1982, its cofondatrice Liliane Colpron, as its spouse, founded and directed the Bakery of the Meadows to LaSalle. French bakery is their inspiration.

Of 1982 with 1990, Colpron starts industrial bakery Boulangerie Mansion. Its sales turnover reaches the 18 million dollars with the sale of Growing frozen S, rod S and believed breads.

In 1991, after a Sabbatical year, it founds with Dorion, equal shares with his/her three children, which was going to become First Harvest. It is a “Retour to the sources” in the direction where the emphase is put on the quality of the products, their aspect health, their affordable price and the absence of intermediaries. The Pain S are kneaded and cooked on the spot, in each branch.

The company has factories with Dorion and Terrebonne.

In September 2005, Mrs. Liliane Colpron received French State the title of knight of the agricultural Order of Merit for the excellence of her work in the agro-alimentary in Quebec. This distinction comes to crown its efforts in the development of its breads, their qualities and the excellence of its “French” rod.
