Finish

The finish is a preparation applied to the support of fabric or wood in order to reduce its absorptivity and its porosity, in order to increase the adherence of the Peinture. It is thus a question of spreading out a more or less thick layer of a Enduit generally made up of boiled oil and Blanc of money, or Chaux and Colle.
