Financial credit
A financial credit is a Titer or a Contrat, generally transmissible and negotiable (for example on a Financial market), which is likely to produce incomes or a capital gain.
Credit or liability?
For a private individual owner of such an instrument, he is regarded as a Placement and is counted in his inheritance. However, a financial credit can cause financial liabilities for the counterpart, which must regard it as a Passif (accountancy). For example an action is a credit for the shareholder and a liability for the company.
