Outer-Art is a movement initiated by Florentin Smarandache in 1990 like a protest against the Modern art with any chance, where anything meant Art. Therefore, he pleads to create art with back: i.e., worst possible, most erroneous possible, and generally most impossible than possible!

Dr. Smarandache published two such (outer-) albums, the last is called " OUTER-art, Worst Possible Art in the World! " (2002).

“the way of how not to write, which is an emblem of paradoxism, was prolonged later on with the way of how not to paint, how not to conceive, how not to carve, until the way of how not to act, or how not to sing, or how not to sing - as follows: very reversed. Only the negative adjectives are in outer-art, completely terrible and without interests; disgusting, execrable, the art of failure; tables of refuse: of ruffled, to dirty, paper mackled, torn and shredded; using anti-colors and not-colors, naturalisism: wick, spittle, urine, deposit, any wasting; badly evaluated art; automatic art, art neglected, seedy character, unpleasant, pushed hootings, chaotic, vain, lazy and inadequate; obscure, unspecified, art of syncopal; para-art; ridiculous, strange, stupid, the art of tared, art in-determinist, incoherent, dull and unequal… like fact by any monkey! … the worst best! ”
