Filmfare Awards
The Filmfare Awards were created in 1953 by the Indian magazine Filmfare , specialized in the cinema of Bollywood. Each year, the films and the actors having made the topicality are put at the honor during a very popular ceremony.
Filmfare Awards are with the cinema of Bollywood what the Oscars are with the American cinema and the Césars with the French cinema.
Rewards
The first edition of Filmfare Awards, in 1954, comprised only 5 categories: better film , better actor , better actress , better realizer and better type-setter . Now, about thirty rewards are distributed at the time of each ceremony. There are two rewards for the categories better film , better actor and better actress .
