FileMerge
FileMerge is a Logiciel owner which makes it possible to compare two textual files. It is very much used for compared a file in its various versions, and is appropriate particularly with a use of Subversion. it for example is integrated with SVNx.
It is downward Merge utility of NeXTSTEP.
It is available with the Apple Developer Tools, and is thus in the repertory /Developer/Applications/Utilities. An order makes it possible to open it quickly, opendiff, (man opendiff for its operation).
Its principal defect, and to take into account only the encoding MacRoman, and thus to have problems with the other encodings, such as the Unicode.
