Fighter ops

Fighter Ops is a modern simulator of aerial combat developed by International Xtreme Simulations (XSI). The project was born from the will to replace excel it but old Falcon 4.0 regarded as the best current flight simulator. Its exit is planned for 2007 but no date was still announced.

Devices

Fighter Ops will be the first simulator which will reproduce model UPT of USAF like its program of drive IF, followed by program FTU and that for all the controllable apparatuses. The team of Fighter Ops has several reliable sources, for example, of the instructors of programs UPT and IF with an aim of helping the developers has to create a simulator as faithful as possible.

The controllable planes in Fighter Ops will be the T-38 Talon and T-6 Texan II, followed by the F-16 C/D, F-15 Eagle C/D&E and the Fairchild A-10 Thunderbolt II.
