Festival of cartoon of Perros-Guirec

Founded in 1994, the Festival of Cartoon of Perros-Guirec takes place every year in April. He was sponsored by Jean-Charles Kraehn, Régis Loisel and Laurent Vicomte. Many authors, draftsmen and scenario writers come there each year.
