Festival of Built

The Festival of Built the takes place each year towards the end of the summer with Geneva (Suisse). The programming is centered on the Contemporary art and is composed of different fields: Music with the Dance while passing by the Theater and from the performances.

Each year, the festival exploits places different from the city, like the Museum of natural history, but also of the more strange places still like a musical representation under the Pont Spoils or in the cathedral Saint-Pierre, going until the Catacombes of the latter.

History

The first edition of this festival takes place in 1977 with the Bois of Built the (from where its name), with an aim of promoting the local artists. The festival will leave wood only in 1983 for gradually first of all settling in the district of the Junction, then gradually in the town suit and even with beyond close France.
