Virola is a kind of some species of Arbre S of intermediate size, originating in the Tropical forest of South America of the family of the Myristicaceae .

Use
Ferruled calophylla , Virola calophylloidea and Virola will theiodora are used in the form of powder to snuff composition and variable names ( Nyakwana , Hak-ú-dufha , Paricá , Yákee , Epená ) according to the ethnos groups, they are Hallucinogène S and considered as Enthéogène S.The principal active ingredient isolated from these species is the 5-méthoxy NR, N-diméthyltryptamine but one finds there also sometimes low content of others tryptamines related.
