Fernande Olivier

Fernande Olivier , born in 1881 and deceased in 1966, was the partner of Pablo Picasso at the beginning of its period cubist between 1904 and 1910.

Picasso strongly took as a starting point its model, Fernande Olivier whom it met at the same time as Guillaume Apollinaire with the Bateau-Lavoir in 1904, in the beginning of its period cubist. The most remarkable works are its sculptures of female busts between 1907 and 1909 which try out its research cubists in the field of the sculpture.
