Ferdinand Mélin-Soucramanien

Ferdinand Mélin-Soucramanien born on February 10th, 1966 in the island of the Meeting, is a law professor French with the Université Bordeaux IV French and constitutionnalist. Laid off in letters, it is also doctor in right of the University Aix-Marseilles III, was university lecturer of public law of this university and receipt to the contest of aggregation in public law in 1998. It is an author recognized in the field of the constitutional Law French.

It received, for its thesis devoted to the “Principle of equality in the jurisprudence of the Constitutional council”, the 1st price of thesis of the French Constitutional council.

In 2006, it belonged to the jury of the price of thesis of the Constitutional council.

It animates a course of constitutional Law and French Political life.
