Ferdinand Batch

Ferdinand Lot (Paris, September 20th 1866 - Paris, July 20th 1952) is a Historien French, member of the Académie of the inscriptions and the humanities. It was acquired the reputation of an exceptional expert of the end of the Roman Empire and Early middle ages. Characterized by their clearness, his writings are very accessible even for the not-historians.
