Union Fenosa is a Spanish Entreprise with dimensions with the Ibex 35. The company is present on many market but mainly that of the production and distribution of electrecity.
The group was created the November 23rd 1982 with the fusion of Unión Eléctrica (created in 1912), and Fuerzas Eléctricas del Noroeste S.A. (FENOSA, created in 1943 in Galicia).
Currently, the group is present in 14 country.
