Fencing with the plays Africans 2007

This page has the results of the competitions of Escrime to the Panafrican Jeux of 2007 between on July 11th, 2007 and on July 17th, 2007.

These plays devoted the triumph of the Tunisia which gained 7 of the 12 concerned titles. They also confirmed the hand put of North Africa on the fencing of the continent. This year there were 10 nations represented in the competition.

The meetings of fencing take place in the Female Sporting Center of Algiers,

Rules

the victory of the individual meetings is decreed with the first of the competitors having obtained 15 points (keys), or with that while having more at the end of the prescribed time of the attack.

In the meetings by team, each fencer of a team meets in turn all the fencers of the opposing team, that is to say 9 3 minutes resumptions each one with a maximum of 10 keys by fencer. The victory is decreed with the first team with 45 or that having the most score at the end of the prescribed time.
