Felix Bouffandeau

Felix Bouffandeau is a French Politician, born on April 21st, 1855 with Bénate (Charente-Lower, currently Charente-Maritime) and deceased with Paris on May 13rd, 1926.

After a passage to the higher primary Teacher training school of Saint-Cloud, it is named normal principal, initially in Alberville, then in Rennes, Amiens and finally Douai. It publishes several teaching and academic works (like its Lessons of literary history, in 1884, or the Talk pédagogoqie in 1892).

Laic convinced, it is found in the radical positions and enters in policy in 1884, when it is elected to advise of district of the Oise.

Member of the Republican party, radical and radical socialist as of his creation, in 1901, he is the general secretary of 1902 to 1906, then again of 1919 with his death.

Unfortunate candidate with the delegation in the district of Beauvais in 190, it will be elected with the Palate-Bourbon in 1906, and will be re-elected in 1910 and 1914.

During its three mandates, it intervened very regularly in many parliamentary files, but more particularly on the budgetary matters and school.

In 1919, although radical chief candidate, it is carried by the " wave; blue horizon" and is not re-elected with the House of Commons. It is not represented in 1924, and dies in 1926.
