Federica Pellegrini

Federica Pellegrini (born the August 5th 1988 with Mirano, in the Province of Venice, in Venezia -) is a swimmer Italy which did not gain the money medal in 200m freestyle with Athens with the Olympic Games of summer of 2004.

The February 11th 2007, it is with it that returned the honor envied to open the Carnaval of Venice by the “flight of the angel” which led it top of the bell-tower of the basilica San Marco, to the foot of the Palate of the Doges.

The March 27th 2007, it beats the world records of the 200 meters freestyle into 1 ' 56" 47 but it does not keep this record because the following day, Laure Manaudou finally beats this record of the 200 meters into 1 ' 55" 52. ----
