Federation of nationalist and European action

The Fédération of national action and European ( FAN ) was a bunch of Extrême right-hand side French openly national-Socialist, founded in April 1966 and directed by Mark Fredriksen, bank clerk converted with activism French Algérie after its military service carried out in the paras.

Description

The federation gathered three movements: Action-occident, created per Fredriksen Mark, very related to Pierre Sidos and Occident before breaking with the nationalist and which counted only five or six militants; the Charlemagne Circles, formed by two or three excluded from Occident; the Support group in real Europe, - French section of the Belgian Social movement of old the rexist and Waffen-SS Debbaudt (adherent of the New European order of Switzerland Gaston-Armand Amaudruz) -, animated by Kohler and Didier Renaud (former member of Occident), directed towards the infiltration of the nationalist organizations and cash ten members.

The FAN had only one reduced activity and was dissolved in September 1980 by decree of the the Council of Ministers of the September 30th 1980, then again the January 23rd 1985, and third once the September 16th 1987, with the reason for “violent demonstrations organized by this movement of which one of the expressed goals is the installation of a new Nazi regime, the paramilitary organization of this association and its incentives with racial discrimination”.

After a short passage to the National front, Fredriksen will create the European nationalist Faisceaux in July 1980. Those will end up amalgamating with the National movement and social ethnist in 1987, then with the Parti nationalist French and European (PNFE) in January 1994.

This néonazi group and anti-semite counted a few hundreds of militants at most. He published a review Our Europe and a duplicated bulletin Immonde , in which one exalte Europe “national-Socialist and white” and proclaims the “fight to the death against the hydre judéo-materialist”.

Among the people having belonged to the FAN, one can quote Luc Michel, current directing Parti Community national-European, Jacques Bastide, Michel Faci, Michel Caignet and Henri-Robert Petit (journalist which had directed during the Occupation the newspaper the Pilori ).

Didier Renaud Left the FAN as of the finde the year 1967, feeling more in phase with any the ideas defended by the few persons in charge of the movement. With the end of the year 1966 Didier Renaud have an interest for Buddhism and so it definitively gave up any relation with the right extrème, joining holding them of the traditional and democratic policy. He was also initiated FM in October 1968. Today, Didier Renaud works with sustainable development in Africa Centrale and fight against the ideas of his former ideological partners of extrème right and against exclusion and sectarianism in general.

Didier Renaud left the FAN at the end of 1967.
