Federation of Vaud of country youths

Founded the May 24th 1919, the Federation of Vaud of country youths (F.V.J.C.) account currently more than 188 companies of youth, gathering, with the individual members, some 6800 members.

The administrative bodies are composed of a central office (executive), composed of 5 members as well as 4 regional committees (Bosoms) made up each of 3 members. Together, they form the central committee (legislative). The presidents of the 9 various commissions also take part in the debates of the committee central.
The commissions, which count from 3 to 11 members, are charged to ensure the sporting good progress of the various federate demonstrations (Ski, Rallye, Archives, Gymnastique, Tir, Informatique, Control committee, Média and ad hoc committees).

In all, are thus some 90 voluntary which takes part in the good performance of the F.V.J.C.

Activities

All this youth is found each year for sporting or theatrical meetings, always very friendly:

fourth Sunday of January, assembly of the delegates;
February, camp with ski;
April (biannual), theatrical contest;
weekend of Pentecost, rally;
June-August, 4 bosom S, one by area;
September, cantonal shooting.

Every 5 years, the 4 bosoms and the shooting are gathered in only one demonstration: “The Cantonal one”.
