Federal constitution of Austria
The federal constitution of Austria is formed by the whole of the constitutional texts of the République of Austria at the federal level.
The principal text is the federal constitutional Law ( Bundes-Verfassungsgesetz , B-VG) of 1920, in its version of 1929. Are added to it a certain number of other constitutional laws, as well as specific measures of the legislation or of treated S, considered as having constitutional value. Thus, if the federal constitutional law does not integrate a declaration of the rights, various provisions concerning public freedoms are thus distributed between different other laws.
