Federal Public service Employment, Work and social Dialog
The SPF Employment, work and social dialog is a federal Public service whose key task is to ensure balances between workers and employers in their employment relationship. It ensures the protection and the promotion of the wellbeing work and takes part in the development of the social legislation as well on the national plan as international.
The missions of the SPF are the following ones:

To prepare, promote and carry out the policy as regards collective relations of work, the accompaniment of the social dialog, the prevention and the social conciliation;

To prepare, promote and carry out the policy as regards individual relations of work;

To prepare, promote and carry out the policy as regards wellbeing with work;

To prepare, promote and carry out the policy as regards employment, of regulation of the job market and insurance against unemployment;
- To prepare, promote and carry out the policy as regards equality;
- To ensure the respect of the implementation of the policies as regards collective and individual relations, of wellbeing, employment and equality by the services of inspection which have a role of council, prevention and repression;
- To impose administrative fines in particular in the event of infringement with the regulations related to the policies as regards collective and individual relations, of wellbeing, employment and equality;
- To sensitize the various actors of the social and economic world to the humanization of work;
- To deepen social Europe.
