Federal Emergency Relief Administration (WILL MAKE) was the new name given by the Roosevelt administration to the Emergency Relief Administration previously created by the Hoover administration. Created in 1933 with a budget of four billion dollars, budget to be distributed between the municipalities, this organization was given for goal to ensure the distribution of vivres stripped. The funds were also used to ensure of new employment related to public works.
