The February 29th is the 60e Jour of the Année of the Gregorian Calendrier and the Calendrier Julien in the event of Leap year.
February 29th exists only every four years (rate/rhythm of the leap years), except (for the Gregorian calendar) the divisible years by 100, but exists well the divisible years by 400 (such as for example the year 2000).
