Fayçal Husseini
Fayçal Husseini born on July 17th, 1940 with Baghdad and deceased on May 31st, 2001 of an heart attack with Kuwait City was the son of Abdel Kader Al-Husseini, the director of the Maison of the East in Jerusalem and member of the Executive committee of the PLO, in load of the file of Jerusalem, where it settled in 1964, within the Palestinian Autorité. Its active engagement in the PLO goes back to 1964, after its studies in sciences. He pled so that Jerusalem becomes the capital of the two States, Palestinian and Israeli. He is imprisoned by Israel one year complete in 1967 then he was constantly placed under house arrest of 1982 to 1987, then interned in administrative detention on several occasions of 1987 to 1990. Its last detention goes back in October 1990 when the police force maintained it in prison for 16 days following the death of 18 Palestinians with the Mosquée Al-Aqsa by Israeli soldiers. Its various stays in prison enabled him to learn Hebrew what enabled him to expose the Palestinian point of view when it was invited to the radio and on television Israelis.
