Slogan " For the Fastening of Belgium in Congo" , of the movement Congolese rattachist. The rattachism is an artistic, poetic and political movement belgo - Congolese, aiming to the fastening of Belgium in Congo and their fusion in only one transcontinental State.

History

Rattachism transcendantal
